SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Ingenious Generations is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Ingenious Generations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund in these cases.
Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please email us at sales@ingeniousgenerations.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Ingenious Generations reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Address Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ingenious Generations is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus original shipping costs.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall Ingenious Generations be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, carrier errors, or lost/damaged packages. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item(s) in question.

Available at checkout as an alternative to shipping with prior approval.
Pickup Availability Local pickup is available for customers in the local area with prior approval. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how and where to collect your order. Orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Pickup Location Specific pickup location details will be provided in your ready-for-pickup notification email. Please do not attempt to pick up your order before receiving this confirmation.
Pickup Window Orders must be collected within 7 days of your pickup notification. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a store credit minus any applicable restocking fees.
What to Bring Please bring the following when collecting your order:
- Your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone)
- A valid photo ID matching the name on the order
Order Changes & Cancellations If you need to cancel or make changes to a local pickup order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@ingeniousgenerations.com . Once an order is ready for pickup, changes may not be possible.
Uncollected Orders Ingenious Generations is not responsible for orders that are not collected within the designated pickup window. Uncollected orders will be handled at our discretion, which may include cancellation with store credit issued.
