REFUND POLICY

Overview We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our policy carefully before contacting us — we'll do our best to make it right within the terms below.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- In original packaging with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale, clearance, and close-out sale items
- Any item marked "Final Sale" in the product listing
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Home decor items that have been used or assembled
- All pre-owned and gently used items
- Blind bag, blind box, and mystery items (due to the random nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on design, color, or character received)
- Pre-made gift bundles (items within a bundle cannot be separated, returned individually, or swapped)
- Squishy toys that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
Gently Used & Pre-Owned Items All gently used, resale, and pre-owned items are sold as-is and are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Blind Bag, Blind Box & Mystery Items All blind bag, blind box, and mystery item purchases are final sale. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that designs, colors, characters, and styles are assigned at random. We are unable to guarantee or swap specific designs.
Pre-Made Gift Bundles All pre-made gift bundles are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Items within a bundle cannot be separated, returned individually, or swapped for alternatives.
Squishy Toys Squishy toys may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with the original packaging fully intact. Because squishy toys are prone to tearing or damage with use, we are unable to accept returns on any squishy toy that has been opened, played with, or removed from its original packaging. Any squishy toy showing signs of use, stretching, tearing, or damage will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Gift Returns If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us at sales@ingeniousgenerations.com with the order number (if known) and the item details. Eligible gift returns will be issued as store credit. Original proof of purchase may be required.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at sales@ingeniousgenerations.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.
Return Channel Policy Returns must be handled through the original purchase channel. Items purchased in-store must be returned to the retail location where the purchase was made. Items purchased through our website (ingeniousgenerations.com) must be returned through the online return process — please initiate your return by emailing sales@ingeniousgenerations.com. We are unable to process website order returns at our retail locations, and in-store purchases cannot be processed as online returns.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ingenious Generations is not liable for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at sales@ingeniousgenerations.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Store Credit In some cases, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
- If you've done both and still have no refund, contact us at sales@ingeniousgenerations.com
Local Pickup Orders Items picked up locally follow the same return policy. Please contact us before bringing items back to arrange a return appointment.
Limitation of Liability Ingenious Generations' liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item(s). We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase.
